 Grooming Standard in front office

MALE :-

1. Back length of your hair shouldn't touch your shirt.

2. Sidelocks of the hairs not be up to the length of half of your ear.

3. The hair must be cut & adjust in a way that it shouldn't cover your ear.

4. The hair shouldn't be coloured in stylish & tancy way.

5. The hair shouldn't fall your forehead.

6. Dandrough in the hair is to be avoided at all costs.

7. Moustaches shouldn't be very long & unpleasantly kept.

8. Except Sikh community, beard is not allowed to

anyone.

9. Men with heavy facial hair must cut every alternate day in order to avoid greenish appearance.

10. Their should be pleasant smell that comes out of your body & including your mouth.

11. If there are any visible Tattoo / Ink, it should be covered.

12. Man working in guest contact areas should make sure that they have clean & healthy skin.

13. Any salt of mouth chewing is not allowed.

14. The belt should be of black od brown colour with 1.5 inch buckle.

15. The shoes should be black and of oxford type. 

16. Socks should be black in colour.

17. The dress should be clean & well ironed.

18. Shirts must be properly inserted into trousers.

19. A clean, white, well laundered, handkerchief should be

carried at all times.

20. For non uniform staff plane design shirt ( half or full sleeves) with coloured is allowed. No T-shirt & demins are allowed.

21. Only one ring is allowed to each hand.

22. The conservative & business style watch is allowed (strapped black, brown and chain silver).

23. Chains, braslets & ear rings for man are not allowed.

24. Spectacles should have plane glass & frame without cromatic effects.

FEMALE : -

1. Hair should be natural, clean & simply arranged.

2. Multicolour hair are not allowed.

3. Hair should be longer the Joe line & a plane black neck to be tied around the shape.

4. Only black bindi (1 to2 centimeter) is allowed.

5. Hairpins & flips should black in colour.

6. For married women Red Bindi is allowed.

7. On duty, no flowers is allowed.

8. Eyebrow should be neatly shaped and must follow natural outlines.

9. Only black and dark brown eyebrow pencils are allowed.

10. Deodorants & Perfumes should be of light fragrance.

11. Makeup should be light in day & dark in night.

12. Finger nails should be kept clean with nail paints of skin colour.

13. The length of finger nails shouldn't exceed 3-4 millimeter.

14.Tangling earrings are not allowed. Only one stud ear rings can be worn on duty.

15.Nose rings are not allowed. Only one stud is allowed.

16 Ankles are not allowed in working hours.

17. The saari should be minimum 1/4 of an inch above the floor.

18. The shoe or sandle must be of black colour but not more than half inch heal.
